Terms in plain words

Before you join

  • Billed once a year

You pay on the day you join. We text a reminder two weeks before the plan renews.

  • Cancel before it renews

Call or text before your renewal date and the plan does not renew.

  • Not insurance

A plan pays for scheduled visits. Parts and repairs are quoted before work starts and are never part of it.

  • If you move

Tell us. If the new address is on a route day, we set your new weekday with you.

Plan questions

Before you choose

What does a plan cost, and what is not in it?

Each plan is billed once a year, and the price is written in your plan agreement. Neither pays for parts or repairs, and neither is insurance. You can cancel before the renewal date.

Do I need to be home?

Someone 18 or older should be there for the indoor part of the visit, so we can reach the thermostat and the indoor unit. The outdoor check does not need you.

How often should I change my filter?

Follow the maker of your system. Many homes change it more often in the summer. A thicker filter is not always better: use the highest rating your system can breathe through, such as MERV 13 where it supports it.

Do you service evaporative coolers?

Yes: pads, pump and water line, at start-up in spring and shut-down in fall. It is quoted separately and is not part of either plan.
